In the course of the construction and development of the school, we have built an international high-level faculty team with a reasonable structure: Chinese teachers include multiple distinguished national-level and Beijing professors, as well as a number of academicians and Changjiang scholars as graduation design instructors; led by senior professors of French preparatory education, prestigious professors from the Groupe des Écoles Centrales, UK and USA come to the school every year and give lessons for nearly a hundred person-times, and the eight young teachers introduced with the doctoral degree and overseas study experience have gradually become the backbone of teaching; and in the course of teaching, three languages have been adopted including Chinese, English and French. Under the Chinese and western cultural backgrounds, students receive education and expand global vision and multicultural exchange and communication skills, which provides assurance to the cultivation of international competitiveness.
